Roberto is an information technology specialist with over seven years experience in Corporate Finance (IPOs, M&A and Private Equity) and business development. He combines high level industry contacts with an in-depth understanding of cultural differences that can crucially affect transactions.

He has worked for Lehman Brothers, Caboto (IntesaBCI) and Diagram (a Reuters company). Prior to joining Newport Partners, he worked for an English Corporate Finance firm in Milan. He has had numerous articles published by Borsa & Finanza, a leading Italian financial newspaper, on technology companies.

Roberto holds a degree in Business Administration from the European Business School and has attended the Stern School of Business at New York University. He is bilingual in English and Italian and fluent in French.
