An economics graduate, Michael began his career as a controller for MTU-München GmbH, a subsidiary of Daimler-Benz, AG where he was responsible for budgeting and control.

He moved on to become an assistant to the CEO of Brochier Holding GmbH, where he managed the group accounting and prepared proposals for acquisitions and divestitures. Michael then worked as Consulting & Services Manager for Hyperion Solutions Germany, where he led the German consulting group and supported the German sales team.

Michael has an extensive knowledge of client/server applications and business applications for the Intranet and Internet. The last three years he was the Managing Director of APCON Business Consulting. Michael acted as project manager in numerous Mergers & Acquisition projects.
