Ms. Halliday is an vice president at Fairmount Partners and is involved in all areas of investment banking. Chrissy has worked on various transactions in the consumer products, IT services, health care and technology sectors involving mergers and acquisitions, public and private equity, fairness opinions and financial advisory assignments.

Prior to joining Fairmount, Chrissy was an analyst in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Group within the Corporate Finance Division of Investec Inc. where she was responsible for performing financial analysis and due diligence for middle-market, emerging- growth companies.

Chrissy began her career as an accountant and spent six years at Investec and it’s predecessor firm, PMG Capital, where she held the position of Controller. As Controller she was responsible for the preparation and analysis of the company's financials, regulatory reporting and audit coordination. Chrissy earned an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University with a concentration in finance and received a BS in accounting from The Pennsylvania State University.
