A major acquisition deal has been signed by business process outsourcing (BPO) group Dibon BPO.
The firm has announced it will be purchasing ARO Inc, which specialises in the insurance, healthcare and financial services industries.
Motivating the deal was the fact it is hoped to boost Dibon's end-to-end IT solutions capability.
Jay Nanda, co-founder of the organisation, claimed that this will be next logical step in building a global BPO business.
He stated: "ARO broadens our diverse BPO service capabilities in insurance and healthcare verticals and nearly doubles our size in this fast growing segment and creates an expanded opportunity to sell to existing and new clients."
The acquisition forms another important step in both its organic and inorganic expansion, Mr Nanda added.
Earlier this month, primary care sector software and IT services provider Advanced Computer Software announced that it had acquired Redac Holdings for a total of £100 million.
