Xavient Information Systems and Vision360, two companies in the information technology and software solutions business, have jointly announced the signing of a merger agreement under which Xavient will acquire Vision360.
Vision360 has formed an integral part of the ongoing demand to extend the current BSS framework to support multiple lines of business and services into a single billing platform through its cutting-edge software solutions.
Rajeev Tandon, chief executive officer of Xavient, said that the acquisition deal supports the OSS/BSS stack and will continue to strengthen the company as a leading provider of professional services and solutions for the communications industry.
"Vision360's talent and customers complement Xavient's business and extend our ability to deliver compelling services to customers in the communications industry," he added.
In October last year, Xavient was named the winner of the T-Mobile Turnaround Vendor of the Year award at the carrier's EIT Strategy review meeting in Bellevue.
