A merger agreement has been announced between digital cinema provider Nordic Digital Alliance (NDA) and software firm IntelliNet.
Intellinet is an independent company based in Oslo focusing on software development, consultancy and audio visual design and installations.
With Arts Alliance Media as a leading shareholder and provider of integrated technology, the merged company will offer a comprehensive package of digital cinema deployment, content management software and digital delivery services.
Following the deal, NDA and the Arts Alliance Media group will serve more than 1,000 screens across Europe, including those in France, Spain, Holland, Denmark, Norway and the UK.
NDA managing director Oscar Hovland said his company is excited about the prospects of working closer with Arts Alliance Media in expanding its presence across Europe.
"Our six years working with digital advertising solutions and NDA's comparable endeavours in digital cinema services are compatible and strengthen both parties," he added.
