Two of the leading software and hardware solutions firms in England's north west have agreed to a merger deal.
Web agency Design Logix has joined the SDS Technology group, expanding the latter's portfolio of industry-leading companies which also includes fleet management specialists VermillionMVT.
Both firms are based in Preston, in the University of Central Lancashire's media centre.
David Donnachie, group managing director at SDS Technology, said the merger is an exciting time for all involved.
"Design Logix compliments SDS Technology in many ways and most importantly shares our key values of providing the very best in hardware and software solutions backed up by the very best customer service," he commented.
Design Logix has provided services for HSBC and Bordeaux Index and recently achieved approved supplier status from the BBC.
It has also reported registration with the NHS Purchasing and Supply Agency database sid4health, a web-based centralised platform that holds suppliers' tender pre-qualification information.
