According to Brady, the deal makes it the "only" firm offering sophisticated trading services for refined and unrefined metals.
Gavin Lavelle, chief executive officer of the firm, said: "The acquisition is a significant milestone in our strategy of being the definitive global provider of risk management and settlement solutions to the metals and commodities industries."
The deal should allow the firm to continue its expansion plans and increase earnings per share, he stated.
Mr Lavelle added that the company is looking to make more acquisitions, but only if the price is right.
Brady was founded more than 20 years ago and has more than 800 clients worldwide.
Yesterday, Infinite Software announced it has merged with Roundstone Systems.
The new company has more than 100,000 software installations across 56 countries.
